are high - you will need to have:
An extensive and proven track record of delivering challenging business and IT change
Experience of managing both IT and business change
preferably in the Financial
Services and Retail sectors
Solid consulting experience and/or strong blue
chip background with experience of working
with major consultancies
Strong influencing and communication skills with
a proven track record of stakeholder
management at senior executive level
Ability to build fantastic customer relationships
at all levels
Genuine desire to help customers be successful,
including ‘leading by example’ and
developing customer capability
Real passion and energy – delivering value
for money every day and going the extra mile to
ensure customer expectations are regularly exceeded
Ability to bring clarity and direction to complex
challenges, make things happen, work at pace
and achieve results through practical actions
Confidence to provide inspirational leadership
in challenging situations
